Join me the third Tuesday of every month from 12 - 1:15pm at the Joy Bus Diner!
Discover the connection between what you eat and how you feel - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Each session includes a live food demo to inspire simple, purposeful, nourishing meals in which you can easily recreate at home.
This is more than a cooking class, it's a guided experience in nourishing your body and enriching your life. In each session, we'll explore the connection between food and emotional well being. From kitchen to mindset, you'll take away practical tools to support your overall health, on and off the plate!
The Joy Bus is a nonprofit organization whose sole purpose is to relieve the daily struggles of people with cancer by delivering a fresh and healthy meal with a friendly face. Their mission is to improve the lives of our patrons through good food and company.…
